I was traveling and my original machine from a different brand stopped working. I purchased this one not knowing what to expect. Boy was it a blessing in disguise that my other machine had broken. This new machine is absolutely perfect! It came with an extra battery and a carrying case. The vibration is super soft and the strokes are CLEAN! I would definitely purchase from this brand again!
