EMZ Tattoo supplies started as a display case with some supplies at Mami’s Tattoo and Supplies (founded in 2012) in Orlando Florida. I started coming around the shop and learning the ins and outs of the tattoo trade in 2020. Mami’s shop manager, and my wife Emma (on the right below) had a vision… create Central Florida’s best tattoo supply store. So, on April 1st, 2023, we did just that. After three years of learning the trade and supplies We founded our LLC and turned Emma’s vision into a reality, Emma’s Tattoo Supplies or “EMZ” as a play on words for “Em’s” and the name kind of just stuck. We expanded the supply store half of Mami’s shop, started posting ads on our social platforms, doing deliveries and growing the brand. In January of 2025 Emma started getting very sick and passed the baton to me (Daniel shown on the left below) so I could carry on her legacy and go mobile. On February 13th, 2025, she lost her battle with cancer. Since then, I’ve been working with her family and my sister Tanya to grow this small family business using everything I’ve learned over the years working beside her, and everything I learned as an Army sergeant. I served my country, now I serve the tattoo community in her memory.
